Must be requested by November 1st. Butchering occurs in late February/early March and will be available for delivery by Mid-April.

Payment due at time of delivery.

 

Price is Hanging Weight and includes butchering, packaging, shipping and delivery. 

Average Hanging Weight for a Whole Steer is 750lbs and varies on size of animal at the time of butchering.

 

Cuts types available: 

Roasts, Stew, Short Ribs, Steaks, and Ground. 

 

Please state cut types desired and sizes of packages (e.g 3lb Roasts, 1lb pkgs Ground, 2 Steaks/pkg and 1" thick, etc.) 

 

If ordering a Whole steer, able to request all organs and only pay $2.00/lb for any organs requested.
