This is a deposit only.
Price is $11.50/lb Hanging Weight and will depend on size of steer at the time of butchering.
Available seasonally.
Must be requested by November 1st. Butchering occurs in late February/early March and will be available for delivery by Mid-April.
The price of $11.50/lb is Hanging Weight and includes butchering, packaging, shipping and delivery.
Average Hanging Weight for a Whole Steer is 750lbs and varies on size of animal at the time of butchering. Remaining cost after deposit is due upon delivery.
Standard cut types available are Steaks and Ground.
Optional cuts also available are Roasts, Brisket, Short Ribs, Maui Style Ribs, and Stew.
Upon paying the deposit, we will contact you via email for your desired cut types and size preferences (e.g 3lb Roasts, 1lb pkgs Ground, 2 Steaks/pkg and 1" thick, etc.).
Once steer is butchered, we will contact you about it's hanging weight and schedule a time and date for delivery that works best for you.
If ordering a Whole steer, able to request any/all organs and only pay $2.00/lb.
