Prime Rib, New York, T-Bone, Tenderloin, & Top Sirloin.
Steaks are 1" thick.
Extras
Extra Lean Ground and Stew are 1lb/pkg,, Roasts are Top Round and are 3-4lbs.
All our meat is always government inspected. Dry Aged until butchered, then Flash Frozen to preserve flavour, freshness, and nutritional value.
