We are a family owned and operated cattle ranch situated on the shores of the pristine Tatelkuz Lake in the heart of central British Columbia, surrounded by wilderness, quiet and tranquility.
Our beef are born and raised on 68,000+ acres of open range and have access to the 11 kilometer long Tatelkuz Lake, along with several rivers.
During the winter months when we cannot feed them fresh grass, the herd eats natural hay, which we grow ourselves on our fields. We do not use pesticides or any additives on the hay, only adding some key micronutrients to the ground that are naturally in shorter supply in the region due to the elevation.
For all our butchering needs, we use Country Locker, a local commercially certified Butcher in Vanderhoof, The meat is flash frozen to preserve quality, nutrients, freshness, and taste. It is then shipped commercially, by ClarkFrightways, to our satellite locations in Vancouver and Victoria. From there, it is delivered to your door at a time that works best for you.
